Split Your Day Between Lure and Bait Fishing IT Monster Lake

The 7-acre predator lake features several bays and reedbeds and is home to Thai and Amazonian species such as Chao Phraya catfish in excess of up 100lb+, Amazon redtail up to 75lb+ and arapaima in excess of 100lb with multiple takes expected in a session.

In addition to this there are also several other species including alligator gar, tambaqui, pacu, Asian redtail catfish, tiger shovelnose catfish, along with some specimen giant snakehead. For more information about this venue see IT Monster Lakes.

For the first part of the day being 8am -2pm you can tackle the predator lake using an array of different lures such as surface poppers and sinking / diving lures to target species such as barramundi, giant snakehead, Chao Phraya catfish and Amazon redtail. Alternatively, you can bait fish using use non predator baits. During this time areas may be pre-baited in preparation with predator baits for the transition at 2pm.

From 2pm predator bait fishing is permitted until 8pm or until you decide that you wish to depart. This schedule gives you the best chance to sample the predator angling on offer and cover a range of different methods whilst fully maximising your angling time.
